What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved in an Escrow.

  • Prepare and coordinate transaction paperwork and documents.

  • Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details.

  • Drafting LOI’s.

  • Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content.

  • Careful attention to file review requirements.

  • Maintain the highest levels of organization, filing and record-keeping.

  • Manage all of Agents’ opportunities in Salesforce, incl. data entry and tracking.

  • Conduct market research and write highlights for marketing packages.

  • Review marketing packages.

  • Provide clients with weekly updates on listings, marketing efforts and escrows.

  • Track and follow up on marketing campaigns.

  • Occasional support with travel & hotel booking for Agents’ business trips.

Who You are

  • A valid CA DRE Salesperson license (preferred).

  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate.

  • Extensive knowledge of disclosures and contracts.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Costar, Loopnet, Crexi, Lexis, Landvision at a minimum.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • A commitment to excellence.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details.

  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
