What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved in an Escrow.

Prepare and coordinate transaction paperwork and documents.

Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details.

Drafting LOI’s.
-
Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content.
-
Careful attention to file review requirements.
-
Maintain the highest levels of organization, filing and record-keeping.
-
Manage all of Agents’ opportunities in Salesforce, incl. data entry and tracking.
-
Conduct market research and write highlights for marketing packages.
-
Review marketing packages.
-
Provide clients with weekly updates on listings, marketing efforts and escrows.

Track and follow up on marketing campaigns.
-
Occasional support with travel & hotel booking for Agents’ business trips.
Who You are
-
A valid CA DRE Salesperson license (preferred).
-
2+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate.
-
Extensive knowledge of disclosures and contracts.
-
Experience with Salesforce, Costar, Loopnet, Crexi, Lexis, Landvision at a minimum.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
