What You'll Do

Managing dataset through business development outreach.

Lead generation for prospecting purposes.

Researching property and client information; building client files.

Prospecting and fostering cold leads.

Financial analysis and presentation for income producing properties

Coordinating marketing campaigns and listing management.

Market analysis and research as it relates to competitive properties and real estate trends.

Coordinating the sale process through collaboration with support staff.
Who You are
-
California Real Estate Sales Agent license (not required, but the candidate should be in the process to obtain a license).

Experience with CRM platforms a plus.

Experience reviewing contracts and/or professional legal agreements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
